Teach One

We proclaim him, warning and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone mature in Christ.

Colossians 1:28

Reflect on the importance of this goal: Every believer at CCC knows and takes the next step in becoming more like Jesus. Colossians tells us that we must be present and mature in Christ. It is therefore our responsibility to be strong in our biblical knowledge to work with others and help them also mature in Christ. Seek out bible study opportunities and other activities that will help you grow spiritually.

Prayer for Day 8: Pray for spiritual growth and a rapid increase in biblical knowledge. If you struggle with memorization, pray for an increased capacity to retain scripture. If you struggle with time for study, pray for the time to become available. Pray for wisdom and courage to pursue this goal faithfully. Ask God to reveal opportunities to live out this goal in your daily life. Thank God for the community and support in this journey.
