Day 10 of 21 Days of Prayer

  • Connection Christian Church 4300 Avery Road Hilliard, OH, 43026 United States (map)

Teach One

It is not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything as coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God. He has made us competent to be ministers of a new covenant, not the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. 2 Corinthians 3:5-6

Reflect on the importance of this goal: Assess current Connect Groups/involvement. We must assess our current commitment and involvement in Connect Groups. Scripture tells us that we are not ourselves competent, but with the Spirit, we are given the ability to be ministers of the new covenant. We must seek God’s will in our lives and the Spirit’s guidance on our commitment level. We must also seek guidance from the Spirit regarding who the Spirit is putting in our paths that could be called to this commitment in the future.

Prayer for Day 10: Pray to seek direction on which Connect Group offerings you should be taking part in and what role you are to play in each Connect Group you are involved in. Pray for wisdom and courage to pursue this goal faithfully. Ask God to reveal opportunities to live out this goal in your daily life. Thank God for the community and support in this journey.
